• 1. Post it. [WTS/WTB/WTT] Club | Condition | Price | Location. Real photos + a handwritten card with your username & date. Serial close-up on drivers/putters over $150.
• 2. Talk in the thread. Offers happen publicly — transparent and competitive. Seller picks the winner.
• 3. Meet local. Range, pro-shop lot, public spot, daylight. Inspect it. Swing it if the seller's game.
• 4. Cash deal, done. Both confirm the trade → both earn +1 rep → leave feedback.

What Trades ([WTT])

Golf for golf, plus cash to even it out. Clubs, bags, rangefinders, launch monitors, sim gear, push carts. Not allowed: non-golf items, gift cards, crypto, and no weapons of any kind — this is a golf forum.

Instant Permanent Ban

Counterfeits · stolen goods · weapons · threats or doxxing · confirmed scams · multiple accounts · spam — flooding the queue, duplicate listings, off-topic promos, or fake posts. Spam = ban. No warning, no ladder. Everything else runs the ladder: warning → 7-day → 30-day → permanent. Rep is earned only through confirmed trades — both parties submit, both get +1.

Stay Safe

Check rep before you drive. Meet public. Never send money before meeting — anyone asking for a deposit to "hold" a club is a red flag. Report it: TexasClubTrader@gmail.com.

Instant Posting

Your listing goes live on the floor the moment you hit submit — no waiting on a queue. The trade-off: nobody's checking it before it posts, so the honor system carries more weight here. Post accurately, deal honestly, and report anything that isn't.

Moderation

Posts go live instantly — nothing's screened before it hits the floor. That means the reporting line below is the real safety net, not a backup one. See a scam pattern, a counterfeit, a bad actor? Report it: TexasClubTrader@gmail.com. Every report gets read, and bad listings come down fast once flagged. Moderation calls follow these rules, not moods.

Want the badge? Founding moderators will be recruited from the community — members with strong rep, completed trades, and a record of straight dealing. You can't apply for it on day one. Earn rep, be useful in the forums, and we'll come to you.

Meeting Up Safely

The platform gets you connected — the meetup is on you, same as any local trade. A few habits that keep it simple:

• Meet in a public place with cameras — a course parking lot, a Starbucks, a police station lobby. Not a private home on the first meet.
• Bring a friend if the deal's a big one, and tell someone where you're headed.
• Inspect the club in hand before you pay — check the specs against the listing, check for damage not mentioned.
• Cash in hand, deal done on the spot. No wiring money ahead, no shipping-first-and-hoping.
