Texas Club Trader ("we," "us," "the Platform") is owned and operated by Raw Uncut Marketing LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operating a golf club buy/sell/trade forum in Harris County, Texas.
Account: email, username, name, metro area. Listings: club details, photos, prices — public to all users. Reputation: trade counts, badges, feedback — public by design. Messages: private between participants; retained 2 years. Technical: standard analytics and cookies for sessions. Trades: we record completion for rep only — we never process, hold, or see payment between members; all trades settle directly, typically cash in person. Stripe processes only optional Premium memberships and badges; we never store card numbers.
Verified Seller checks are performed by a secure third-party vendor. We never receive or store your government ID or any biometric data. The vendor reports pass/fail only and destroys biometric data per its retention policy, consistent with Texas CUBI.
Consistent with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act: you may access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email us and we complete deletion within 7 days; posts and feedback may remain as community record. We honor marketing opt-outs within 10 days (CAN-SPAM). 18+ only.
We never sell member data. Disclosure only to processors (Stripe), or when legally required. Industry-standard encryption in transit; breach notice without unreasonable delay per Texas law.
